PROJECTS: Tenant Improvement

We recently finished a TI project where we challenged ourselves to come up with solutions to light spaces minimizing standard downlighting and to create interesting lighting moves without standing out too much. In the image below you see the reception desk that is lit by hidden spots in the cove above. The perimeter of the space is mostly lit by linear perimeter coves that spill light asymmetrically into the room. Various linear accents provide additional layers of light and interest.
